It's in the Bag Boutique will gladly exchange your unused, undamaged or defective merchandise within 30 days from the Date of Purchase.

Returns:
It's in the Bag Boutique gladly accepts returns of unused, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase.
🔹⛄️⛄️During the holidays, we accept returns through January 15th for all purchases made in November or December.
We will credit the original cost of the item less shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee. Any returns beyond 30 days will be at the discretion of It's in the Bag Boutique, and if accepted, will result in online credit only. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
Your refund will be processed and applied by method of original payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 3 - 5 business days to post your refund.
Note:
Once your returned item has been received at our facility, you will be notified by email.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
